According to police, Uttarananda Mawatha, Perahera Mawatha and Navam Mawatha will be closed in different time slots from today (05) in Kollupitiya and Kompanjaveediya police domains. (Sri Lanka Latest News)
That is due to the urban engineering department carrying out underground pipeline works along those roads.
The section of Uttarananda Mawatha from Navam Mawatha to Railway Crossing will be closed from tomorrow (05) to the 19th.
Also, the section of Uttarananda Mawatha from Perahera Mawatha to Navam Mawatha will be closed from 20th February to 04th March.
Under its third phase, the Rotunda Garden intersection section along Uttarananda Mawatha Perahera Mawatha will be closed from March 5th to March 11th, police said.
