Yesterday, the court ordered that he appear before the Criminal Investigation Department and give a statement at 09:00 am today.
Deputy Inspector General of Police Nihal Talduwa said that the court gave this order when the case related to substandard human immunoglobulin medicine was called yesterday.
Although Mr. Keheliya Rambukwella had previously been informed to appear before the Criminal Investigation Department, he had deliberately avoided it.
