On the 21st, this institution was inaugurated by the former chief editor of the Sanghanayake Sinhala Dictionary of the Western Province, the former chief editor of the Sinhala dictionary of the Malwathu group of the Shyamopali chapter Mahanikaya, the former head of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka Vidyaloka Piriwen Maha Vihara, the former teacher of the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka, Nanda Nayaka Thero.
It currently has 835 registered students.
