Fifteen years have passed since Lasantha Wickramatunga’s murder, but his killers are still at large.
Nishantha Silva of the Criminal Investigation Department, who was in charge of the investigation into Lasanta’s murder, left the country. He says that he had brought that investigation to an end.
Lasantha was killed on January 8, 2009.
