Speaking to the media, Dr Rukshan Bellana made a controversial revelation about the three masterminds behind the Human Immunoglobulin incident.
Accordingly, Dr. Rukshan Bellana has named the former Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, Additional Secretary Dr Ratnayake and the Chief Executive Officer of the Drug Regulatory Authority as the masterminds concerned.
