Dr. Harsha de Silva made a serious criticism targeting the budget presented by President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
He said that the 2024 budget is completely illegal.
Mr. Harsha de Silva said that there is no plan to recover the country through the budget and said that the country will be recovered under the opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa.
