Currently serving as the Managing Director of Mona Exports (Pvt) Ltd since 1996, Mr. Udeshi has spearheaded substantial growth through innovative practices, including a 10x increase facilitated by Lean Manufacturing initiatives, reducing costs and improving efficiencies. Under his leadership, Mona Exports achieved carbon-neutral certification in 2021, reflecting a genuine commitment to sustainable practices that extend beyond certifications, as environmental protocols underline the company’s dedication to reducing its carbon footprint.
