Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad will host opening match on Oct 5 and final on Nov 19.
India will solely host the ICC World Cup 2023 for the first time from October 5 onwards. The tournament will see 48 matches being played across 10 venues in the country with the final to be played on November 19.
The 10 participating nations will first play two warmup games each starting from September 29 onwards. The main tournament will begin on October 5 with defending champions England taking on New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
India will begin its World Cup campaign on October 8 against Australia in Chennai and will then play Afghanistan in Delhi on October 11. Their big-ticket match against Pakistan will be played in Ahmedabad on October 14.
The final of the tournament will also be hosted by the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on November 19.

All the teams confirmed their 15-man squads on September 28, 2023. Any changes after this will require approval from ICC technical committee.
