It has been revealed that the police constable involved in this crime is heavily addicted to the use of ice drugs when he was brought before the forensic officer.
She showed her private parts to her police boyfriend while wearing police uniform. Apart from that, it is said that when the two met together in the hotels, the incidents were videotaped and published by this officer on social media.
It is stated that this has taken place while she is in uniform on or around August 12, 2022. At that time, she was working at Millaniya Police Station. She says that the incident happened at Millaniya Police Women’s quarters.
Later, the police revealed that the two have been meeting from time to time and everything has been secretly videotaped by this officer. It is said that these videos have started to be shared on social media after the officer abandoned him after being disappointed with some of his behavior.
This officer came to know that her nude photos and videos were being shared on social media on the 6th . She has made a complaint about this to the Computer Crime Investigation Division on the 7th. After an investigation, this male officer was arrested.
Currently, this female is attached to Divulapitiya Police Station. The Negombo Assistant Superintendent of Police has also conducted a disciplinary inquiry into the sharing of her nude photos on social media. Negombo Assistant Superintendent of Police has taken steps to suspend her from her work based on her showing the nude chest area while in police uniform.
