The IMF did not request domestic debt restructuring; it is a promise made by the government – Dr Harsha de Silva I Sri Lanka Latest News

Domestic debt restructuring is a promise given by the Sri Lanka government Dr Harsha de Silva said.

He said that it was mentioned in a letter sent by the government to the IMF  on March 6th.
