The court has ordered an investigation into the granting of police bail to 23 people who forcibly entered a building in Colombo.
Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage yesterday (12) ordered the Colombo Central Senior Superintendent of Police to conduct an investigation into the granting of police bail to the 23 people arrested for forcibly entering a 09-storey building in Navam Mawatha.
The suspects were presented to the court today and the magistrate decided to release each person on 2 sureties of 5 lakh rupees each.
