Tamil National Janata Peramuna Member of Parliament Mr. Gajendra Kumar Ponnambalam said that during his meeting held in Jaffna, two Individuals came claiming to be from the Terrorist Investigation Unit and attacked him when he asked for their identity cards.
In this regard, the Jaffna Human Rights Commission has also submitted a complaint.
Police Media Spokesperson Mr. Nihal Talduwa said in this regard that only an argument has been reported.
