It is included in the charge sheet presented to the Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission Mr. Janaka Ratnayake that the Court of Appeal has given a decision regarding the functions and conduct of the Chairman.
But it is known that the Court of Appeal has not given such a decision and it has only been submitted to the Supreme Court.
