According to the warning notice issued by the National Building Research Organization, warnings have been issued for Passara area of Badulla district and Baddegama, Nagoda, Elpitiya and Yakkalamulla areas of Galle district.
Meanwhile, early warnings of landslides have also been issued for Yatianthota, Rambukkana, Deraniyagala, Mawanella, Kegalle and Galigamuwa areas in Kegalle district.
According to the National Building Research Organization, early warnings of landslides have been issued in Ridhigama, Mawathagama Alavwa and Polgahawela areas of Kurunegala district and Pallepola areas of Matale district.
