The Tamil National Alliance has decided to launch a hartal in all the districts of North East today.
The party has planned to launch a hartal movement against the Anti-Terrorism Act to be brought by the government.
Mr. Shanakya Rasamanikkam of that party says that today all the shops in these provinces will be closed, government employees will not go to work and school children will not come to schools.
