There is no reason to increase the electricity bill from 360 rupees to 1300 rupees, said by Mr. Harsha De Silva, Member of Parliament of SJB.

He said that the chairman of the Public Utility Commission, Mr. Janaka Ratnayake disclosed this, but the government has now planned to remove him from his position.
