The Western Additional Director of Education has sent a letter to all the Education Directors informing them to invite the Ministers of Pohottuwa to distribute the uniforms given free of charge from China and the textbooks printed with the money received under the Indian loan aid.
These ceremonies are scheduled to be held today.
