Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s longest-standing private Life Insurer, hosted an exclusive engagement programme and awards ceremony for the Seylan Bank Bancassurance channel at the luxurious Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. The event, which featured an overnight stay at the hotel, brought together over 80 Seylan Bank staff from branches across the island in a vibrant and inspiring setting.
The programme celebrated the exceptional contributions of Seylan Bank’s top performers to Union Assurance Bancassurance in 2024, while reinforcing the strong strategic partnership between the two organisations. It also aimed to promote a culture of high performance, innovation, and customer-centricity.
A highlight of the event was the prestigious Bancassurance Champion Shield Competition, where winners were announced across both branch and regional levels. Seylan Bank’s Anuradhapura Branch emerged as the Champion in the Branch Category, while the North Central Region was recognized as the Regional Category Champion.
