This initiative marks a major step forward in Union Assurance’s vision of empowering progress of all Sri Lankans, by integrating essential healthcare services into its award-winning digital ecosystem, the Clicklife App. This innovation is a first in the Sri Lankan insurance industry—where digital health services are seamlessly integrated into a life insurance app—setting a new benchmark for customer-centricity and technological advancement.
As part of its ongoing commitment to leveraging advanced technology to elevate customer experience, Union Assurance is redefining the role of Life Insurance by going beyond financial protection to offer accessible, convenient, and holistic well-being solutions. The new digital health feature ensures that policyholders can consult qualified medical professionals from the comfort of their homes, aligning with the lifestyles of modern consumers.

The digital health service is the latest addition to the growing portfolio of exclusive features offered through the Clicklife App. Earlier this year, Union Assurance introduced Sri Lanka’s first-ever Cancer Care coverage offered via a mobile app, providing users with enhanced financial protection in the event of a cancer diagnosis.
