The evening was a testament to Union Assurance’s collective ambition and unity, as top-performing advisors were honoured for their dedication to driving the Company towards unprecedented heights of success. Recognizing their skill, and unwavering dedication to serving valued policyholders, Union Assurance celebrated these individuals and the Agency Distribution channel as key pillars of its success.
Notable accolades of the night included the awards presentation for the Fast Starter competition held earlier this year, with over 170+ advisors being recognized for their excellence, where David Thinesh Baskaran emerged as the National winner in the advisor category. Additionally, Regional winners were celebrated, with the Wariyapola Region clinching victory in the small to medium category, and the Pettah Region securing the top spot in the large category. In the Fast Starter Zonal awards category, the Northern Zone 1 triumphed in the small category, while the Colombo Central Zone emerged victorious in the medium to large category. In addition, Zones and Provinces that achieved 100% of their designated KPIs for 2023 were recognized and rewarded at the event.
Furthermore, the event shone a spotlight on the Union Assurance Premier Club Rewards Giveaway for the fourth quarter of 2023, underscoring the Company’s steadfast commitment to excellence.
