In today’s fast-paced world, having immediate access to essential information can streamline financial transactions significantly. To enhance this convenience, the CRIB (Credit Information Bureau) has partnered with the People’s Pay digital wallet app, allowing users to download their CRIB “ MyReport” with just a few taps.

Obtaining your CRIB report is a straightforward process that can be completed by following a few steps. First, download the People’s Pay app from your Mobile platform stores”(Eg. Apple iOS – Apps store, Google Android- Play store, Huawei Harmony OS- App Gallery) and install it on your smartphone. After opening the app, access the menu on the left side of the screen and select the “E-Service” option. Go to the CRIB Service Option and follow the step to complete your registration for CRIB services. Ensure all required information is submitted accurately, as this step is essential for accessing your CRIB report. The registration process will be managed by the CRIB team. Once your registration is done by the CRIB, you can simply return to the CRIB service within the app, to effortlessly download your CRIB report.

The People’s Pay wallet app offers a user-friendly interface accessible in three languages, featuring a range of innovative tools such as biometrics and self-registration. Designed to simplify customers’ day to day lives, the app allows users to save their payment details for quick reference. It also provides facilities for adjusting self-transaction limits and linking other bank accounts for seamless transactions. People’s Pay App enables its customers to pay their bill payments by partnering with over 50 billers including LPOPP billers. By integrating with utility service providers, the app enables customers to view due payment amounts online in real time while performing their bill payments. Also, the People’s Bank is the first bank in Sri Lanka who has fully integrated with all LPOPP billers introduced by Lanka Pay, including integration with the Government Digital Payment Platform.

‘This new feature reflects our commitment to enhancing customer convenience and embracing digital transformation. By integrating CRIB report requests into the People’s Pay app, we are setting a new benchmark for digital banking in Sri Lanka.’ stated Mr. Clive Fonseka, CEO/GM of People’s Bank.
