NDB Bank First Local Bank to Earn ‘Great Place to Work®’ Certification for Third Time

NDB Bank is proud to announce that it has once again earned the recognition of being ‘Great Place to Work CertifiedTM’ for the period July 2025 to July 2026, affirming its status as a leading employer and the only local bank in Sri Lanka to receive this esteemed recognition for 3 times.

The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback collected through an extensive employee survey evaluation by the independent party Great Place To Work® Sri Lanka, using globally standardized criteria that assess the employee experience on trust and workplace culture.

NDB Bank also undertook the Great Place To Work® Culture AuditTM evaluation which included a comprehensive audit of people management initiatives to gauge effectiveness of people practices in fostering a culture that prioritises inclusion, purpose, and continuous development.
