National Business Excellence Awards 2025 to Honour Top Performers on 24th July 2025

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka is proud to announce that the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) 2025 will take place on Thursday, 24th July 2025 at the Shangri-La Colombo, commencing at 6:00 PM.

Celebrating its 20th consecutive year, the NBEA stands as one of Sri Lanka’s most prestigious platforms recognizing and rewarding outstanding business achievements.

Over the past two decades, the Awards have honored companies that demonstrate excellence in business and organizational performance across a wide range of sectors.

This year’s milestone event is expected to bring together leading business leaders, entrepreneurs, government officials, and diplomatic representatives to honor the highest standards of corporate excellence and sustainability. The awards evaluation process is led by a highly respected Panel of Judges, ensuring transparency, integrity, and rigorous assessment.

145 nominees across 26 sectors and business categories will be unveiled during the ceremony, which will be followed by a gala sit-down dinner and networking opportunities for distinguished guests. The grand ceremony will be graced by the Chief guest – His Excellency David Gregory Pine – High Commission of New Zealand to Sri Lanka Guest of honor His Excellency Sandile Edwin Schalk, South African High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.

The National Business Excellence Awards 2025 continues its mission to inspire, benchmark, and celebrate excellence in the Sri Lankan corporate world. The evaluations for this prestigious awards ceremony were conducted through a comprehensive process, beginning with a Technical and Financial Evaluation Committee headed by Mr. Sanath Fernando, Partner, Assurance at Ernst & Young, and followed by an eminent Panel of Judges co-chaired by Prof. Ajantha Dharmasiri , Senior Professor in Management, Former Director and the Chairman of the Board of Management, PIM and Mr. Lasantha Salgado, An experienced HR professional, a consultant in HRM and Labour Law, practicing Attorney-at-Law (Labour Law and Industrial Relations)
