EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) proudly celebrates its second successful year in Sri Lanka. EY GDS is a globally integrated and dynamic network of over 75,000 professionals across 10 countries dedicated to providing innovative business solutions to EY member firms to support EY clients worldwide.

Based out of the World Trade Center in Colombo, EY GDS Sri Lanka has quickly solidified its foothold in Asia-Pacific, working alongside EY GDS operations in India and the Philippines to create a nearshore hub for EY member firms in the Area, and offer strategic services that help support EY clients around the world.

Since setting up in 2022, EY GDS Sri Lanka has experienced significant growth, building up a workforce of over 250 professionals. With core services in business and technology consulting services and audit assurance, EY GDS Sri Lanka offers an array of career opportunities for both young talent and experienced professionals with skills that include cybersecurity, AI, machine learning, data analytics, quality engineering and testing, project management, and business process management.

EY GDS Sri Lanka Location and Consulting Leader, Samantha Rajapaksa shares, “We believe in the potential of Sri Lanka and want to be part of its success story. We are constantly expanding our team by recruiting both emerging talents and experienced professionals who can shape the future with us.”

With an ambitious roadmap, the organization intends to double its workforce within the next 12 months, harnessing a dynamic culture that offers continuous professional development, flexible career paths, and equal opportunities for all people.

“We embrace diversity and inclusiveness – and celebrate our 50:50 gender ratio. We are committed to advancing social equity, respecting our people as individuals to nurture their unique talents, and providing the resources they need to succeed. Together, we continue to push boundaries, strengthening the position of EY GDS Sri Lanka as a leader in the industry while contributing to the nation’s progress,” Rajapaksa elaborates.
