Domino’s Sri Lanka has been awarded the prestigious Golden Franny Award for Overall Performance, making Sri Lanka the first market in South Asia to receive this global recognition from Domino’s International.

The Golden Franny Award is presented annually to franchisees who demonstrate outstanding leadership and exceptional performance across growth, operational standards, customer satisfaction and community contribution.

Speaking on this achievement, Vijaya Bhaskar, Country Head of Domino’s Sri Lanka, said: “We are deeply honored to bring home the Golden Franny to Sri Lanka for the very first time. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team, who consistently strive to serve our customers with excellence. It reflects the trust and love Sri Lankan consumers have placed in Domino’s, and motivates us to continue raising the bar.”

Since entering the Sri Lankan market in 2011, Domino’s has grown rapidly, introducing popular local innovations such as Fusion Rice, Cheese Volcano, Big Big Pizzas, and the Chicken Burst range. With a strong focus on value-driven campaigns and customer experience, the brand has built a loyal consumer base while expanding its footprint across the island.

This recognition highlights Domino’s Sri Lanka’s ability to deliver global standards while understanding local consumer needs, strengthening its presence in the country’s competitive quick-service restaurant (QSR) landscape.
