The Commercial Bank of Ceylon is to help advance the aspirations of home builders and buyers who visited the recently concluded ‘Kedella’ Living in Style exhibition at BMICH, where the Bank was the Official Banking Partner.

The Bank said visitors who registered at the Kedella exhibition had been offered a special rate reduction of 1.5% p.a. against the standard rate for home loans. These customers are also eligible for a 50% discount on documentation charges, while first time home builders or home buyers will receive a free Decreasing Term Assurance Policy (DTAP) or a Loan Protection Cover from the Bank.

Commercial Bank has also offered a 0.5% reduction on the interest rate and a 50% discount on documentation charges for personal loans and leasing to customers who registered at the Kedella Exhibition.

The Kedella exhibition is the biggest home, interior, property and construction exhibition in Sri Lanka and serves as a platform for manufacturers, designers and financial services providers from all parts of the country to have a unique face-to-face opportunity to sell their products directly to the customers. Commercial Bank has supported several Kedella exhibitions over the years.
