CIPM Sri Lanka Concludes Successful Workshop on Feedback and KPI Mastery

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka proudly concluded its sold-out workshop, “Feedback Playbook and KPI Mastery for Success in 2025” held on November 29, 2024, at Marino Beach Colombo. The highly anticipated event brought together senior HR professionals and line managers from leading organizations, delivering transformative insights into effective KPI setting and structured feedback.

Facilitated by the renowned HR expert, C. Hewapattini, Chartered Fellow CIPM, the workshop equipped participants with practical tools to align individual performance with organizational goals. The interactive sessions, combining role plays, case studies, and real-world simulations, left attendees with actionable strategies to tackle the challenges of performance management in 2025 and beyond.

The workshop was graced by the esteemed presence of Priyantha Ranasinghe, President of CIPM Sri Lanka, and UAC Obeyesekere, CEO of CIPM Sri Lanka, who shared their wisdom and inspired attendees with their vision for HR excellence.
