Deputy Minister Namal Karunaratne stated that fertilizer prices may increase in the future, as the government has paid a higher amount for upcoming fertilizer stocks compared to previous purchases.
He made these remarks yesterday while participating in a discussion with officials following an inspection tour of the Rambe Agricultural Center in Polpithigama.
