Cabinet ministers of the JVP–NPP government, along with the party’s General Secretary Tilvin Silva, were seen enjoying the rhythmic tunes of Indian music in the company of India’s High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Santosh Jha, and his wife, at a live music concert titled “Timeless Bollywood Melodies – Anuradha Paudwal Live in Colombo.” The event was held on January 23 at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre in Colombo, in celebration of India’s 77th Republic Day, which falls tomorrow.
