Civil activist Sanjaya Mahawatte has submitted a formal complaint to the Presidential Secretariat concerning the Blue Mountain ‘Akeelion’ investment, regarded as the largest real estate scam in recent Sri Lankan history.
Mr. Mahawatte further revealed that the chairman of the project, Hiran Hettiarachchi, has reportedly been evading authorities with the assistance of certain politicians.
