Another alarming incident involving a Boeing 737 passenger aircraft has been reported, as the plane descended 26,000 feet in just 10 minutes.
The aircraft, operated by Japan’s Spring Airlines, was en route from Shanghai, China, to Tokyo, Japan, when it suddenly dropped from a cruising altitude of 36,000 feet to 10,500 feet.
According to reports, a sudden drop in cabin pressure led to significant discomfort among the 191 passengers onboard. The exact cause of the pressure loss has not yet been disclosed.
Despite the incident, the pilots managed to safely land the aircraft at Kansai Airport in Japan. Further investigations are underway to determine the cause of the rapid descent.
