Dilith Jayaweera Calls for Tax Probe into President’s Party, Citing Wealth and Transparency

Mr. Dilith Jayaweera stated that the party affiliated with the President is the richest political party in Sri Lanka, and emphasized the need for an investigation into whether it fulfills its tax obligations.

He further asserted that the assets of the President’s party should be publicly disclosed and that taxes must be paid properly, setting a responsible example for the rest of the country.
