People’s Bank reaffirmed its leadership in organizational excellence by winning multiple prestigious awards at the Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025, hosted by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka). The ceremony was held recently at Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, recognizing organizations across the public and private sectors for their outstanding management strategies and performance.
At the forefront of this year’s honours, People’s Bank was awarded the Gold Award in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Cluster, a significant recognition that underscores the Bank’s deep-rooted commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, equality, and respect across its operations.
