The government has announced that a special all-party conference will be convened tomorrow to address the tariffs imposed by the President of the United States.
The conference is scheduled to take place at the Presidential Secretariat at 11:00 a.m.
This initiative follows a proposal made by Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa during his address in Parliament yesterday. In support of the proposal, opposition MPs also signed a special letter on the same day.
In response, the government has agreed to proceed with the all-party conference, which will be held tomorrow as planned.
