At the event, Union Assurance won the ‘Company with Great Managers’ award for the third consecutive year, affirming its steadfast dedication towards fostering employee success, providing them with tailored development programmes, ample resources, and unwavering support. This holistic approach ensures that managers not only excel in their roles but also thrive in their professional growth, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Among the outstanding individuals recognised at the event were Kubenthiran Tharmalingam, Zonal Manager – Agency, Udeha Indrajith, Zonal Manager – Agency, Nilushan Fernando, Senior Manager – Reinsurance, Life Operations and Thifya Sivanathan, Regional Manager – Agency who emerged as winners in the ‘Great Manager for Driving Results and Execution Excellence’ category. Riznad Hussain, Head – Marketing Operations and Asangi Wickramaratne, Manager – People Operations were awarded the ‘Great Manager for Aligning Organisational Vision’. The winner’s exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and commitment towards achieving outstanding results were acknowledged and celebrated.
