Iga Swiatek eased past Jasmine Paolini in two sets in the final to claim a third consecutive French Open title. It was also the fourth Roland Garros title for the Polish tennis star. Paolini did not compete Swiatek after a brief period at the start that saw Paoloni even breaking the French Open champion.
Once Swiatek broke Paolini to level the scores in the first set, there was no looking back for her. The Italian star cruised to a 6-2 win in the first set before taking the second set 6-1 for her third title on the trot.
