While the government attempt to depose Janaka, one person stood alone on the Parliament Road in support of him.

On behalf of the chairman of the Public Utilities Commission, Mr. Janaka Ratnayake, one person protested on the way to the Parliament today.

Later, the police intervened and tremoved the protester.
