The makers shared a glimpse of Sanjay Dutt as he joined the sets. The video shows the Bollywood actor getting a grand welcome from the team, meeting Thalapathy Vijay, and hugging and interacting with him. The actor will begin shooting for his portions with Vijay in Kashmir. According to reports, an epic face-off scene between the KGF actor and Vijay will be shot. Sharing the video on social media, the makers wrote, “Roll out the red carpet @duttsanjay sir has arrived in style to set the screen on fire Exclusive video venum nu keteengalame, engaluku keturchu.” Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who is already impressed with his antagonist in KGF, is returning as villain again in Leo. This will mark his debut in the Tamil film industry.

The shoot of Leo is progressing briskly in Kashmir. Recently, actors Mysskin and Gautham Vasudev Menon, who will be seen in key roles in the film, wrapped up shooting their portions. As Mysskin wrapped his shoot in Leo, Lokesh Kanagaraj penned a thankful note with a special pic from the sets.
As per the recent updates, the extensive Kashmir schedule of the highly anticipated film will be wrapped up by the fourth week of March, most on the 25th, Saturday. Later, director Lokesh Kanagaraj and his team are planning to go for a break that will last for 10 to 15 days, before kickstarting the next schedule of Leo.

Leo is reportedly said to be based on Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Cinematic Universe. The director previously worked with Vijay on the blockbuster film Master. Trisha Krishnan is the female lead of the film. She is pairing up with Vijay after 14 long years. The film features a stellar star cast including Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, and others. Leo is slated to hit the theatres on October 19, this year. Anirudh Ravichander is composing songs and the original score for the project.
