D. Raja Meets JVP General Secretary Tilvin Silva to Discuss Governance Challenges and Geopolitical Issues

A meeting between the General Secretary of the Communist Party of India, D. Raja, and the General Secretary of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), Tilvin Silva, was recently held at the JVP head office in Pelawatte.

During the meeting, D. Raja congratulated the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna-led political force on its victory in Sri Lanka and expressed his pleasure over the opportunity to exchange views and share his experiences on the matter.

The discussions also focused on the economic and geopolitical challenges involved in governing the country, as well as the importance of maintaining harmony among nations.

Representing the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna at the meeting were Central Committee Member and Minister of Fisheries, Aquatic and Marine Resources, Ramalingam Chandrasekhar, and Central Committee Member and Attorney-at-Law Janaka Adhikari.
