MP Dayasiri Jayasekara stated that action should be taken to remove Kumara Jayakody, who has been sued by the President in the High Court, from his ministerial position in accordance with Section 27/10 of the Establishments Code, Sri Lanka Latest News reports.
He added that failing to do so would constitute an illegal act.
