LankaPay Clinches Gold for the Sixth time at TAGS Awards 2025

LankaPay – operator of Sri Lanka’s national payment network has once again demonstrated excellence in corporate reporting by securing the coveted Gold Award under the SME Category at the prestigious CA Sri Lanka TAGS Awards 2025, organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. This is the sixth occasion LankaPay has been bestowed with the highest award for its annual report.

The awards ceremony was held on 12th February 2026 at Shangri-La Colombo, bringing together leading public and private sector organizations recognized for excellence in transparency, accountability, governance, and sustainability in corporate reporting.

Winning this accolade for the second consecutive year reflects LankaPay’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of disclosure, responsible governance, and sustainable business practices, reinforcing stakeholder confidence in the organization’s operations and long-term vision.

Mr. L H A Lakshman Silva, Chairman of LankaPay sharing his thoughts on this achievement said “At LankaPay, we place significant importance on transparency, integrity, and robust governance practices. Excellence in corporate reporting reflects the strength of our institutional values and our responsibility towards stakeholders.
