People’s Bank reaffirmed its digital leadership by securing two top accolades at the prestigious BestWeb.LK 2025 Awards, organised by the LK Domain Registry. The Bank’s official website, www.peoplesbank.lk, was recognised as the Winner of the Most Popular Banking Website and also honored as the Silver Winner in the Best Banking Website category.
The awards ceremony was held recently at the Grand Ballroom, Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayawardenepura, with the participation of industry leaders, web developers, and digital innovators from across the country.
Now in its 15th year, BestWeb.LK is Sri Lanka’s premier web competition, celebrating innovation, creativity, and technical excellence in digital platforms. The event attracts leading organisations across multiple industries, with winners selected based on design, usability, functionality, content, and overall user experience.
The recognition awarded to People’s Bank highlights its continuous efforts to deliver seamless and user-friendly digital banking experiences.
