People’s Bank Chairman, Prof. Narada Fernando, recently presented the Bank’s
flagship publication, The Economic Review, to the Governor of the Central Bank of
Sri Lanka (CBSL), Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe, at CBSL Headquarters in Colombo.
Also present at the occasion were People’s Bank Chief Executive Officer/General
Manager, Clive Fonseka; Deputy General Manager – Payments & Cards / Strategic
Planning, Performance Management and Research (Acting), Nilmini Premalal; and
Co-Editor of Economic Review, Patalie Liyanaarachchi.
The Economic Review was conceived as a multidisciplinary platform to promote
informed and accessible discourse on key national and regional economic issues.
People’s Bank recently relaunched this iconic publication with a renewed focus and
vision.
