This essential and innovative service is now seamlessly integrated into the ‘People’s Pay’ wallet app, making it the first of its kind offered by a systematically important bank in Sri Lanka.

Customers can now register and request their CRIB report (MyReport) directly through the ‘People’s Pay’ wallet app without any paperwork or additional verification steps. Once registered, obtaining a ‘MyReport’ is as simple as a few taps on the app. The secure and user-friendly platform ensures that customers’ information is protected while providing easy access to their credit reports and scores.
Registration for the CRIB ‘MyReport’ service is offered free of charge. Customers can conveniently make online payments for the service through their People’s Bank accounts, further enhancing the seamless banking experience provided by ‘People’s Pay’.
