In a recent corporate disclosure, ARA Holdings announced the newly forged appointment of Serial Entrepreneur Dulinda Perera in the capacity of Executive Director – Strategy and Growth with effect from 01st of June 2024.
ARA Holdings, a home grown diversified conglomerate holds major investments in the areas of Architecture, Construction, Designing, Leisure, Hospitality and other multiple industries has been recently acknowledged as one of the fastest-growing corporate entities in the Island. Among its notable fully owned subsidiaries remains Amoda Rathnayake Associates – Sri Lanka’s premier design consultancy firm, JB Construction and its recent addition, BLAC which has captivated colombo through their unqiue culture, ambience and food.

Dulinda Perera boasts a dynamic career with verstalile experience across the board with being renowned for his expertise in Brand building and strategy formulation. He currently serves as the Founder/CEO of IKON Group of Companies while also holding multiple other consultancy engagements with both local and foreign based entities.
Perera is a proud alumni of St. Joseph’s College – Colombo and University of Moratuwa, from where he holds his Bachelors in Engineering. Perera further holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of the West of Scotland (UK) and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant accredited from CIMA (UK). Furthermore he is a member of the chartered institute of Marketing MCIM (UK) as well as a member of the Chartered Professional Managers MCPM.
