The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed recently between Imantha Wijekoon, Chief Business Officer, Consumer Business- SLT-MOBITEL, and Rohana Wannigama, Managing Director, Capitol Towers Ltd., in the presence of several other representatives from SLT-MOBITEL and Capitol Developers.
