Her Excellency Bonnie Horbach, Netherlands Ambassador to Sri Lanka visited National
Chamber recently along with the officials of the embassy Senior Policy Adviser-Economic
Affairs & Sustainability Ms. Shanila Athulathmudali and Senior Policy Adviser- Agriculture Mr.
Nishan Dissanayake to explore bilateral trade and economic cooperation between Sri Lanka and
Netherlands.
The delegates were received by National Chamber President Mr. Deepal Nelson and Secretary
General/CEO Mr. Bandula Dissanayake. Other dignitaries who joined the meeting were
Chairman of the National Chamber Automobile & Automotive Components committee Mr.
Sarath Algama, Council member/President – National Chamber Youth Forum Mr. Dumindu
Karunagoda, representatives from Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, MAC Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. to
discuss the opportunities among their respective industries.
