It is reported that the United States Embassy in Sri Lanka has issued a warning notice to its citizens in view of the shortage of medicines in Sri Lanka.
Accordingly, they have announced to bring the necessary medicines if they are visiting Sri Lanka.
The United States Embassy, which has said that medical facilities outside Colombo are limited, has announced to its countrymen that there are only six major hospitals even in Colombo city, and out of those six hospitals, only three hospitals have emergency trauma services.
