The Police Media Division has issued a special statement indicating that the news published by the Neth FM website this morning about a conspiracy to assassinate the President is completely false.
The police say that no such news has been reported and no such investigation has been initiated by the Criminal Investigation Department.
It has also been learned that the police have started a separate investigation regarding the related news.
