The Samagi Jana Balawegaya has planned to enter the litigation process tomorrow against the Colombo High Security Zones announced by President Ranil Wickremesinghe through a special gazette.
It has been SJB’s position that the human rights of the people have been violated through this and that this imposition is illegal under the State Secrets Act.
Several petitions against this have already been submitted to the court.
